Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Care Giver/Med Tech to provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents in a safe, home-like setting. You will assist with daily living tasks, monitor health and comfort, and help maintain a clean, respectful environment.

Responsibilities include medication observation, documentation, and collaborating with Nurses/Health Care Coordinators. Prior CNA and CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred; 18+ and high school diploma required. EOE D/V

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse's Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for a designated group of residents during the shift; monitor residents and respond to their needs.
• Observe, report and document symptoms and changes in residents.
• Respond to security system and resident call bells promptly.
• Notify supervisor if resident requires increased care.
• Assist with continence management and maintain sanitation.
• Serve and collect food trays and report food refusals.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, toileting, etc.).
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
