Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Care/Medication Technician to provide hands-on care and emotional support in a safe, home-like environment. The role emphasizes daily living activities and medication assistance to residents across California communities.

You will observe and document changes, assist with meals and mobility, and maintain confidentiality while delivering high standards of care in a teamwork-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Experience with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents.
• Observe, report and document symptoms and condition changes.
• Respond to call bells promptly and assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist with meals, hygiene, ambulation and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas.
• Document care provided and maintain confidentiality.
• Assist in medication observation and related tasks as directed.
• Engage residents in life enrichment activities.
