Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Care/Medication Technician to provide hands-on care and support for residents in a senior living community. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor wellbeing, and help maintain a safe, home-like environment.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork with nurses and health coordinators, and adherence to medication protocols and safety procedures within a California facility.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR certification preferred.
• First Aid certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to Nurse or HCC.
• Respond promptly to resident call bells and safety needs.
• Assist with continence management and sanitation of rooms.
• Assist with meals, feeding, toileting, grooming and mobility.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Engage residents in life skills and activities.
• Greet and assist residents, family, guests, and vendors.

Skills

Certified Nurse’s Aide cert. preferred

CPR certification preferred

First Aid certification preferred

Experience with seniors preferred

Education
