Arvum Senior Living, LLC in Independence, IA is hiring for Care Giver/Med Tech roles to provide hands-on care to residents in assisted living and memory care settings. You will support daily living activities, monitor wellbeing, and maintain a safe, home-like environment.

The role offers on-site work with flexible full-time or part-time hours, competitive wages, benefits, and opportunities for advancement. Training is provided; prior senior care experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on care and support to residents.
• Observe and document residents' conditions and changes.
• Assist with meals, activities, and daily living tasks.
• Respond to call bells and report changes to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident areas.
• Support residents in activities of daily living.
