Job summary

Family Partnerships of Central Florida seeks a Care Manager Supervisor to lead a five-member DCM team and coordinate case management services for families and children in out-of-home care.

You will ensure safety and permanency planning, timely court reporting, and staff mentoring while collaborating with parents, guardians, attorneys, and providers. The role requires strong documentation and teamwork across agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field is required.
• Florida Child Welfare Certification and 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dependency case management and SOC of Care principles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of DCMs and coordinate case management services.
• Conduct ongoing safety assessments and develop safety plans.
• Identify and plan for permanency goals for children in out-of-home care.
• Coordinate service delivery and ensure referrals and linkages are completed.
• Prepare and submit court reports within required timeframes and testify as needed.
• Maintain documentation in SACWIS and other systems and monitor progress.
• Engage with families, providers, and partners to ensure quality care.
• Provide staff support, mentoring, and supervision, ensuring timely permanency.
• Prepare staff for court appearances with case information and recommendations.
• Participate in System of Care initiatives to improve services.
