Job summary

Harborview Medical Center in Seattle seeks a Registered Nurse – Care Manager (RN2) to join the OBOT/ACS teams. This 100% FTE, 40-hour-per-week role supports adults with opioid use disorder across primary care, mental health, and hospital settings.

You'll provide nursing services, participate in screening and stabilization, and collaborate with physicians and referral partners. The position offers growth opportunities and is located near public transit.

Qualifications

• Active, valid Washington State or Multi-state RN license.
• At least 2 years RN experience - psych, addiction, or care management.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing services to hospitalized patients with opioid use disorder and their significant support systems.
• Assessment, intake/admission, evaluation, triage, teaching, medication induction and stabilizations, and monitoring of patients on the Addiction Consult Service.
• Collaborate with team members and outside referral sites, with other addiction and mental health programs and primary care providers in assisting patients and supporting their referral needs.
• Organize and update the Addiction Consult Service learners schedule including residents and fellows.
• Participate in the OBOT/ACS teams quality improvement efforts and special projects.
