NewYork-Presbyterian is seeking a Care Manager - RN in Inpatient Units to provide intensive case management for adults with complex medical needs. Lead interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care from pre-admission to discharge, coordinating services and developing individualized plans.

The role requires a BSN, 3–5 years of acute care experience, and NYS RN licensure, with 2 years in case management preferred. Located in New York, NY with a full-time day shift.

About This Role

Requirements

Education:
