Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Lombard, IL is seeking a caring Caregiver to provide hands-on personal care, assist with ADLs, and engage residents with warmth and compassion. You will follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP), promote safety and dignity, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

Strong communication with families and care leaders is essential for success. CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) plus a High School Diploma/GED are required.

• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversations and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Pay Range: 15.50 - 19.40
