Eliot’s Community Service Agency (CSA) serves children and youth (through age 21) and their families who are in need of support in managing and coordinating services. Eliot is excited to align these essential CSA services with the catchment area of our established Community Behavioral Health Centers (CBHCs) to offer a seamless and effective community-based continuum of care.
The ideal candidate for the Care Manager - CSA position is a dedicated and collaborative professional with a strong background in child and family behavioral health, crisis management, and care coordination. They possess excellent communication and organizational skills, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and are committed to empowering families through individualized care planning, system navigation, and ongoing support.
