Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking a Care Manager (CNA) for part-time and per-diem roles at Monarch/Brandywine Senior Living. The caregiver reports to the Health & Wellness Director and works part-time or per-diem, non-exempt, hourly. Schedule includes weekend shifts with an extra $2/hour on weekends.

Requires a Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide, with elderly care experience; dementia experience preferred. Per diem options are available across Monarch Communities.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) required.
• Experience working with elderly residents; dementia experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding as outlined in care plans.
• Maintain safety, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure residents are clean, appropriately dressed, and safe during shifts.
• Document all services provided during your shift.
• Report any changes in a resident's condition to the supervisor immediately.
