Job summary

Monarch Communities and Brandywine Senior Living in New Jersey is seeking a Caregiver to support residents under the Health & Wellness Director. This non-exempt, hourly position can be part-time or full-time, with a schedule that averages at least 22.5 hours per week.

The role requires assisting residents with daily activities, documenting care, and ensuring safety and dignity while delivering compassionate support. CNA or CHHA certification is required.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide.
• Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population, preferred dementia experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care to residents that include bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding, as outlined in their care plan
• Maintain the safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of all residents
• Escort residents to meals and activities
• Ensures all assigned residents are clean, neatly dressed and groomed, safe, and fed during assigned shifts
• Document all services provided to your assigned residents during your shift
• Report any change of condition in a resident immediately to your supervisor
