Job summary

Monarch Communities in Summit, NJ is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a part-time, overnight role at 41 Springfield Avenue. This position emphasizes compassionate, resident-centered care and daily support for residents.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, monitoring well-being, and updating care plans while encouraging participation in community activities.

Qualifications

Position/Job Title: Home Health Aide (HHA) or a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location: 41 Springfield Avenue, Summit, New Jersey 07901

Employment Type: Part-Time

Shift Type: 11 p.m. – 7 a.m

Schedule Requirements

• Must be available for a minimum of 4 shifts per month
• Must be available for at least one weekend shift and one holiday shift per month

Pay Range: $19.00 – 20.00 per hour

Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
