Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide certification.
• Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population, preferred dementia experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship for residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor changes in residents' day and personal care needs to update their care plans.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
