Job summary

Monarch Communities, Brandywine Senior Living in Voorhees Township, NJ, seeks a Care Manager dedicated to compassionate resident care and community engagement.

You will provide warm personal care, assist with ADLs, and monitor changes to personalize Resident Care Plans. A CNA/HHA certification and experience with the elderly (dementia preferred) are valued. Enjoy a supportive team, competitive wages, and growth opportunities in a resort-style community.

Full Time Schedule:

(7:00am-3:00pm) Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday / Week 2: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday, Friday

Salary Range:

$20.00-$21.00 Hourly

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aid
• Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population, preferred dementia experience

Physical Abilities

• While performing the duties of this job, the associate is often required to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell.
• An individual in this position will be required to lift or carry weight in up to 50 lbs. Intermittent physical activity includes lifting and supporting residents. The associate must use proper body mechanics.
