Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking a Caregiver on a per diem basis in New Jersey to support Brandywine Senior Living residents. The role reports to the Health & Wellness Director and is an hourly, non-exempt position focused on daily living activities as per the resident care plan.

Qualifications include a Certified Nursing Assistant and/or DHS certification plus a High School Diploma; dementia experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant and/or DHS certification plus High School Diploma
• Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population, preferred dementia experience

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care to residents that include bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding, as outlined in their care plan
• Maintain the safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of all residents
• Escort residents to meals and activities
• Ensures all assigned residents are clean, neatly dressed and groomed, safe, and fed during assigned shifts
• Document all services provided to your assigned residents during your shift
• Report any change of condition in a resident immediately to your supervisor
