Job summary

Monarch Communities in Princeton, NJ seeks a caring Care Manager to provide warm personal care, companionship, and support to residents. You will assist with ADLs and monitor changes to update the Resident Care Plan, promoting participation in community programs and activities.

The position offers a supportive team, on-site responsibilities, and opportunities for growth in a resort-style community managed by Brandywine Senior Living. CNA certification is required for this role.

Qualifications

• You have a positive attitude and love working with people.
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A current CNA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Use your compassion to provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 Hourly
