Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a caring Caregiver to support residents with daily activities and personal care. You will follow individualized service plans, promote safety and dignity, and build meaningful connections with residents and their families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
