Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in New Jersey is seeking a Caregiver who provides hands-on support to residents and builds meaningful relationships to brighten each day.

The role involves assisting with ADLs, following Individualized Service Plans, and promoting safety, dignity, and independence. You will engage residents through daily activities and support dining services, while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Memory Care offers enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Pay Range: 18.92 - 23.65
