Sunrise Senior Living in California is seeking a caring, patient, and reliable Caregiver to provide hands-on support to residents as part of a compassionate team.

You will assist with daily living activities, follow individualized service plans, promote safety and dignity, engage residents in conversation and activities, support dining services, and communicate with families and care leaders to ensure high-quality care. Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED (18+).
• CPR/First Aid or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Pay Range:
