Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in St. Charles, IL is seeking a Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities and to build meaningful relationships that brighten each day.

You will follow Individualized Service Plans, assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while promoting safety, dignity, and independence for memory care residents as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Ability to communicate compassionately with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes to care plans.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence of residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
