Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Caregiver (Personal Care Assistant) in Naperville, IL. You will provide hands-on care, assist with activities of daily living, and follow individualized service plans to support residents' safety, dignity and independence.

You will engage residents, assist dining services, document changes, and communicate with families and care leaders. A high school diploma and CPR/First Aid are required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to follow care plans and document changes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes to care plans.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
