Health Wealth Safe, Inc. in Simi Valley, CA is seeking a caregiver to provide hands-on support to seniors, assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, bathing, dressing, and personal care.

You will follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP), document changes, promote safety and dignity, engage residents in conversation and activities, support dining services, maintain a clean environment, and communicate with families and care teams, including enriching experiences for memory care

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) is required.
• Compassionate, reliable, with strong communication skills.
