Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Caregiver to support residents with daily activities, follow individualized plans, and promote safety and dignity in a warm Assisted Living environment. The role offers paid training and opportunities for career growth.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, dining, and daily activities, while communicating with families and care leaders to ensure quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
