Role Overview

The Caregiver provides essential hands-on support to senior residents, fostering a safe, dignified, and engaging environment. They assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans and documenting any changes. Engagement through conversation and daily activities is key, along with supporting dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming space. In Memory Care, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Benefits & Compensation:
