Job summary

Health Marketing is seeking a Lead Caregiver in Raleigh, NC to oversee shift operations, ensure high-quality resident care, and mentor team members, delivering compassionate, compliant support in a memory care setting. You will lead shift assignments, provide hands-on ADL assistance, coach caregivers on quality standards and documentation, and review charting to align with ISP.

Experience in assisted living is preferred to ensure responsive care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (18+).
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certs required.
• Experience in assisted living or senior care preferred.
