Job summary

Live Well Homecare in Plymouth, MA is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents, enhancing their quality of life. You will assist with ADLs, document ISP updates, promote safety and independence, and engage residents in daily activities, with paid training and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

• Follow and document updates to Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities

• Communicate effectively with families and care team members
• Create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care settings

• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care team members
• Create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care settings
