Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living seeks a compassionate Caregiver to support residents with daily activities and to follow individualized service plans. You will promote safety and independence while building meaningful relationships that brighten each day.

You’ll engage residents in conversations and activities, assist with dining, and coordinate with families and care leaders. A HS diploma, CPR/First Aid, and reliable communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• Create enriching experiences in Memory Care for residents with memory loss.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18

Pay Range

15.75 - 19.75
