Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Naperville, IL is seeking a caring Caregiver to help residents with daily activities, promote safety and dignity, and build meaningful relationships.

As part of our team, you’ll follow individualized plans, assist with meals and personal care, and participate in a supportive work environment with benefits and paid training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
