Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide hands-on support to seniors, enhancing their quality of life through personal care and meaningful engagement.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, following ISP, and documenting changes while promoting safety and independence. Engage residents with conversations and activities, support dining services, and communicate with families and the care team.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Ability to follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents with conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care team members.
• Experience with Memory Care settings.

• Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting any changes
• Promoting safety, dignity, and independence for residents
• Engaging residents with conversation and daily activities
• Supporting dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicating effectively with families and care team members
• Creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care settings

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Strong compassion, reliability, and communication skills
