Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors with daily living activities, personal care, and meaningful engagement.

You will follow care plans, ensure safety, and foster dignity while building trusting relationships with residents and their families.

This role offers training, growth, and the chance to make a positive impact in Memory Care settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 18 years or older.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Strong compassion, reliability, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes to care plans.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
• Engage residents in conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and keep environments clean and welcoming.
• Communicate with families and care team members.
• Create enriching experiences for memory care residents.

We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide hands-on support to seniors, enhancing their quality of life through personal care and meaningful engagement.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care


• Following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting any changes


• Promoting safety, dignity, and independence for residents


• Engaging residents with conversation and daily activities


• Supporting dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment


• Communicating effectively with families and care team members


• Creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care settings

Qualifications include:

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+


• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
