• Following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting any changes

• Engaging residents through conversation and activities
• Supporting dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicating effectively with families and care teams
• Creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care
