Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Westlake Village, CA is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on care and companionship to residents.

You’ll assist with ADLs, follow ISPs, promote safety, engage residents, support dining, and communicate with families, including memory care residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.

• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
