Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Burke, VA is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents at Sunrise at Silas Burke House. You will assist with daily living activities, follow care plans, and help create a safe, dignified environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes to care plans.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders; memory care enrichment as applicable.
