PacificSource Health Plans in Montana City is seeking a senior Clinical Care Manager to lead the team responsible for care management across lines of business. You will hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff, and drive program development and process improvements to enhance care delivery.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Health Services leadership and other departments, with a focus on quality, productivity, and outcomes.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted RN license or equivalent credential.
• Experience in case management and health plan settings preferred.
• Supervisory experience and leadership skills required.
• Knowledge of health insurance benefits and utilization management.

Responsabilidades

• Take a leadership role in development and ongoing operation of assigned programs.
• Improve department performance through coaching and process improvements.
• Oversee orientation and training of new hires.
• Provide supervision, evaluation, and leadership to team members.
• Participate in hiring decisions with managers and HR.
• Monitor workload, timeliness, accuracy, and customer service metrics.
• Collaborate with other departments and external partners to optimize services.
