Immediate need for a talented Care Management Support Coordinator II . This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in U.S.(Remote-CST / EST) . Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range : $24 - $25 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in activities related to the medical and psychological aspects of utilization and coordinated care; telephonic outreach attempts to members assigned each day;
  • Consistently updating excel spreadsheets with member assignments listed; documenting each phone call
  • High level of Teams and emails with supervisor
  • Very supportive and works closely as a team and with supervisors.
  • high volume calls with audit score of 90% minimum; 80-120 calls / day to Medicare population; 100% compliance required of all assigned members; completion of 600 members / month requirement (30 new members / daily assigned).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience :

  • 2 Years Customer Service in Healthcare Environment
  • Moderate Computer Skills. Ability to navigate computer systems
  • Microsoft Office. Beginner Excel Skills
  • 2-3 years managed care setting, medical office / facility setting with demonstration of medical admin duties.
  • Requires a High School diploma or GED.
