Job description

Immediate need for a talented Care Management Support Coordinator II . This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in U.S.(Remote) . Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range : $22 - $24 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

  • We can accept EST but MUST be able to work the 11am-8pm shift.
  • We have very strict guidelines regarding the shifts, including breaks and lunches.
  • Answering busy inbound / outbound queue, working multiple systems at one time, able to multitask easily.
  • Consistent communication with Supervisor and Seniors
  • With each phone call- documentation is required in Virtual Health
  • Multiple inbound calls per hour to be completed by CMSC II. (Can't go below 80 / month)
  • Meeting Monthly metrics
  • Average speed of answered calls less than 30 seconds.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience :

  • Skills- 2 years inbound call center experience
  • Multitasking and working within multiple systems at once.
  • MUST be willing to work a complete 6 months prior to taking off (HOWEVER, it must be a valid reason and accommodation if needing to be off work- case-by-case, TBD)
  • 2 years inbound call center experience
  • Education Requirement : HSD
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Applications.
  • MST hours 8am-5pm (Mar-Oct)Shift :
  • 9 am-6pm (Oct-Mar)
  • 11am-8 pmEST (Jan-Dec) .
