Job summary

DCH Health System in the United States is seeking a Data Analyst to support the Care Coordination Department through data management, collection, tracking, and analysis across multiple systems such as Midas, Medtech, Tableau, and 3M.

You will design and deliver data analyses, assist with research efforts, and contribute to special projects for the health system. Strong Excel/Office skills and the ability to multitask are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing or related field required.
• Preferred experience in healthcare data management with research.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Access, Pivot Tables, Publisher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages day to day operations of databases that support the collection and integration of data and information used in tracking daily operations and overall organizational performance.
• Acts as a liaison between the external data sources used to compare DCH performance.
• Validates internal and external data quality.
• Transfers data to external data sources as assigned.
• Conducts performance analysis reports including trends, projections, external comparisons and correlations.
• Creates and distributes multiple statistical reports essential to DCH planning and goal achievement.
