Job summary

Molina Healthcare is hiring several Care Manager Processors to support care management efforts at the Downers Grove office, with up to four site visits per week. Candidates should live within a reasonable driving distance.

The CMP role focuses on non-clinical administrative tasks, member outreach, scheduling, data entry, and coordinating services under member benefit plans. You will collaborate with care managers and other teams to deliver integrated care.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative support role in health care.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Provides non-clinical administrative support to the care management function.
• Facilitates case assignment, scheduling, correspondence processing and data entry.
• Assists in initial review of case levels and assignment to care managers.
• Reviews data to identify member needs and supports care plans.
• Schedules member visits with care managers as needed.
• Coordinates member services per benefit plan and promotes communication.
• Processes member and provider correspondence.
