Job summary

Haascares is seeking a Supervising Professional to lead caregivers and ensure high-quality care across client homes in Minnesota. You will hire, train, and supervise staff, develop personalized care plans with clients and families, and coordinate with case managers and waiver coordinators to deliver compliant services.

You will meet Minnesota QP pathways, bring strong communication skills, and be comfortable with documentation and audits while supporting staff in a mixed environment of office,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifying experience per Minnesota QP paths.
• At least one year of supervisory experience in home care or related setting.
• Familiarity with Minnesota waiver programs (CADI, BI, CAC, DD, EW, AC).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual / multilingual experience strongly preferred.
• Comfort with documentation, audits, and compliance work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise caregivers across multiple client homes.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop care plans alongside clients and families.
• Coordinate with case managers, county workers, and waiver coordinators.
• Hire, onboard, and continuously develop direct-support staff.
• Ensure compliance with Minnesota 245D and CFSS standards.
• Document supervision visits and audit care plan execution.
