Job summary

Victorian Senior Care is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to ensure prompt and efficient upkeep across all communities. You will routinely inspect appliances, perform minor repairs, and manage preventive maintenance tasks to maintain safety and comfort for residents.

This role requires a valid NC driver's license, a clean SBI/DMV record, and the ability to lift at least 50 pounds. A strong emphasis on safety and adherence to policies will guide daily duties and emergency response

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, understand and follow directions.
• Must have a clear SBI and DMV record and maintain it during employment.
• Must have a valid NC Driver's License.
• Must have had at least 8 years of driving experience as required by liability insurance.
• Must be able to Lift, Push, & Pull a Minimum of 50 Pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assure prompt and efficient maintenance of all communities.
• Inspect appliances and perform minor repairs as preventive maintenance.
• Replace furnace/air conditioner filters on schedule.
• Keep doors, windows, knobs, and locks working properly.
• Ensure exterior areas (porches, guardrails) are in good order.
