Job summary

Your Health Organization in Gainesville is seeking a Group Lead to coordinate staffing coverage, onboarding, and ongoing training for the Care Group. You will drive competency development and support initiatives such as Remote Patient Monitoring while partnering with regional leadership.

This role is based in the Gainesville office, full-time with a standard 8-hour day (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM), Monday through Friday, focusing on training, staffing, and process improvement across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

Three+ years in a healthcare setting with training/education and staffing experience.
Leadership experience in field or community operations is a plus.
Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills; can manage complex coverage logistics.
Proficient with EHR and company software; capable of building training content and tracking completion.

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain a standard training plan for Care Group roles; schedule and track education.
Coordinate onboarding for all new hires; ensure Week 1 experiences and introductions.
Provide training for established staff when workflows or standards change; coach to close gaps.
Lead trainings on documentation, billing, EHR workflows, and internal software; address learning gaps.
Monitor staffing coverage; manage PTO/absences and backfill to maintain safe operations.
Maintain a live staffing roster and optimize schedule health; partner with regional leadership.
Drive team efficiency through micro-trainings and coaching huddles; communicate process updates.
