Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System seeks a Team Leader to oversee nursing staff and manage clinical activities in Gainesville. You will be responsible for ensuring quality resident care, providing leadership to the unit, and maintaining compliance with care standards.

The ideal candidate will be an RN with at least two years of nursing experience and a year in a leadership role. You'll engage with both staff and residents to foster a supportive environment while meeting the health needs of the community.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state of Georgia.
• Two (2) years of experience with at least one year of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall leadership and management of the unit nursing staff.
• Ensures clinical staff uses appropriate techniques when giving patient care.
• Monitors compliance in standards of care through observation.
• Participates in the development and application of nursing care plans.
