Job summary

Your Health in Gainesville, GA is seeking a Group Lead to coordinate staffing coverage, onboarding, training, and workforce planning for the Care Group. This is a full-time, 8-hour day role, Monday through Friday, in-office.

You will partner with regional leadership and the Training & Education Department to build a competent, patient-centered workforce, support RPM initiatives, and drive efficiency across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in a healthcare setting with training and staffing experience.
• Clinical experience as Medical Assistant or higher preferred; leadership experience a plus.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills; proven ability to manage complex coverage logistics across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a standard training plan for each role within the Care Group; schedule, deliver, and track ongoing education and refreshers.
• Coordinate onboarding for all new hires within the Care Group, ensuring consistent Week 1 experiences and introductions.
• Provide training for established employees when workflows or compliance standards change; update documentation and procedures.
• Lead trainings on documentation, billing, EHR workflows, and company software; address learning gaps and coordinate with Training & Education.
