Job summary

Seaton Senior Living in Frederick, MD is seeking a Care Giver to provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents in a home-like environment.

Responsibilities include helping with daily living activities, maintaining cleanliness of rooms, promoting independence, and engaging residents in life skills and enrichment activities. CNAs preferred; must be 18+, High School diploma/GED, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse's Aid certification preferred
• High School diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Previous experience with seniors preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management and co-workers
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision making
