Job summary

Seaton Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Giver to provide hands-on support to residents in a home-like environment. You will assist with daily living activities, promote safety, and help residents maintain independence.

Ideal candidates have CNA certification or equivalent, strong communication and customer service skills, and a willingness to work flexible hours in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification is preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management, and coworkers.
• Superior customer service skills and reliability.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and make good judgments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas.
• Support residents in activities of daily living with dignity and safety.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, and eating as instructed.
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.

Job Summary

The Care Giver is responsible for providing hands‑on care and physical and emotional support to each resident while maintaining a safe and comfortable home‑like environment.
