Job summary

Seaton Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Giver to provide hands-on care and emotional support for residents in a warm, home-like environment. You will help with activities of daily living, promote independence and dignity, and maintain clean living spaces while ensuring safety and comfort for each resident.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, clear communication with residents and staff, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy care setting.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management and co-workers.
• Superior customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident.
• Participating and assisting residents with activities of daily living (i.e. bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed.
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities.
