Job summary

Seaton Senior Living in Allentown, PA is seeking a compassionate Care Giver to provide hands-on care and emotional support for residents in a warm, home-like environment.

You will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and help maintain cleanliness and safety across the community. A CNA certification is preferred; High School diploma is required; must be 18 or older. Join a team that values dignity and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide (CNA) certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management and coworkers; superior customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and use good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety.
• Participating in activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating).
• Engaging residents in life skills and other enrichment activities.
