Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter new and refill prescriptions accurately into the operating system.
• Triage incoming fax prescriptions to ensure timely dispensing.
• Maintain notes in the computer and perform cycle fill coding.
• Verify dosage based on prescriptions.
• Respond to customer calls with care and accuracy.
• Complete assigned prescriptions within shift.
• Communicate with doctors' offices on refills as needed.
• Develop proficiency in all pharmacy systems used by the site.
