• Care Facilitator/Behavioral Health Tech (Part Time) - Location: Olathe, KS

Compensation and Shifts

• Starting pay: $21.00/hr
• Additional pay differential: $3.00/hr from Friday 5pm to Sunday 10pm ($24/hr)
• Shifts needed: 12pm-10pm, with Sunday and/or Saturday availability preferred

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality therapeutic care for children aged 6-18 in a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility.
• Teach life skills, coping strategies, and team-building skills.
• Encourage physical, emotional, and behavioral growth.
• Ensure safety and attend to children’s needs in a nurturing manner.
• Complete required documentation.
• Promote a collaborative and respectful team environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 21 years old, with a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
• Ability to lead group activities for children
• Commitment, integrity, adaptability, enthusiasm, humor, and patience

Preferred Qualifications

• College credits in social work, psychology, or related fields
• Experience working with emotionally and behaviorally challenged youth
