Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. seeks a Care Director for its Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The role oversees daily resident care operations, ensuring compliance and high-quality, person-centered services.

You will supervise care staff, coordinate staffing, deliver ongoing training, and collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary teams to foster a compassionate, team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care.
• Experience with staff scheduling and workforce management.
• Ability to develop and conduct in-service education and training.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of dementia care best practices and regulatory requirements.
• CNA/LPN credential preferred but not required depending on regulations.
